UL GREENGUARD GOLD
YUMA USA works with UL Environment to verify that our fabrics meet their stringent standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage. GREENGUARD Certification assures that YUMA fabrics contribute to a cleaner and healthier indoor air quality.
ROHS COMPLIANT
ROHS, or the restriction of hazardous substances, is a test that sets limits on the presence of chemicals deemed to be harmful to human health. Fabrics that pass this test comply with RoHS regulations and are safe from harmful exposure to substances such as lead, mercury, and cadmium.
NFPA®
701-TM
NFPA 701 is a fire retardancy test required for free-hanging textiles used in most public spaces such as schools, office spaces, and auditoriums. Fabrics that pass this test are highly effective at minimizing burn and residual flames.
CALIFORNIA TITLE 19
California Title 19 is a required flame retardancy regulation test specific to the state of California, The test evaluates how long (time) and how far (distance) a material burns after exposure to a flame. Fabrics with this label guarantee effective fire and life safety standards.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Oeko-Tex certification evaluates how fabrics are processed, including additives like dyes and finishes, Oeko-Tex textiles are free of harmful chemicals and are safe for human use.
ASTM
G-21
This test evaluates how susceptible a fabric is to fungal growth once exposed to various strands of fungus. Fabrics with this label have good resistance to fungus growth.
ASTM
E-2180
The ASTM E-2180 standard tests a fabric’s effectiveness at reducing the growth of bacteria (staphylococcus). Fabrics with this label have good antimicrobial properties.

ALWA Incorporated has had a manufacturing coordination office in United States, Taiwan, and China for 35 years. You can work closely with our bilingual marketing team to help collaborate your needs to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries. Our bilingual staff includes project management, engineering and quality assurance. We have an extensive network of factory relationships in a number of industries.
We give clients convenience and peace of mind by ensuring production by a reputable factory and oversight by our Q/A and project management team. Our in house manufacturing and production in Taiwan and China along with our US sales marketing and customer service team has allowed us to satisfy all our manufacturing needs.
